These workshops are brought to you by Coast & Country Primary Care as part of the Central Coast Mental Health Art Works Exhibition, a unique Mental Health Month event showcasing the creative expressions of people who have experienced or been impacted by mental health challenges.
The exhibition aims to inspire hope, recovery and growth through art and sharing stories, insights and perspectives on mental health issues.
As part of the Exhibition, the workshops are a fun and creative way to support your mental health and wellbeing by providing a safe and supportive environment to listen, understand, connect, learn new skills, express yourself and grow as part of a caring community.
Your $5 payment for the Mental Health Art Works Exhibition Workshops will go towards our Health on the Streets homeless outreach program.
Health on the Streets takes healthcare to vulnerable and homeless people on the Central Coast. These individuals often face a range of barriers to accessing basic healthcare services, such as going to a GP. Our team are committed to ensuring all people have a right to basic healthcare, safety and dignity and we provide a range of support and services to those doing it tough.
