Geoff Aigner is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Coast & Country Primary Care, providing executive leadership and strategic oversight during a period of organisational transition.Geoff brings extensive experience in organisational leadership, with a strong focus on building clarity, alignment, and effective governance. In his interim role, he works closely with the Board and Executive Team to ensure continuity of services, support sound decision-making, and maintain momentum across programs and operations.
He is committed to supporting a collaborative and stable environment where teams can continue to deliver high-quality services to the community. His leadership approach emphasises clear communication, practical problem-solving, and a steady focus on organisational priorities and outcomes.
Geoff’s priority during his tenure is to support a smooth leadership transition while strengthening operational effectiveness and ensuring the organisation continues to meet the needs of the communities it serves.

Brad Wood
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad Wood is the Chief Financial Officer at Coast & Country Primary Care, with more than 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, transport and logistics, aged care, and community services.As a Chartered Accountant (CA), Brad has built his career helping organisations strengthen their financial foundations, improve performance, and plan for the future. His experience spans senior leadership positions including Financial Controller and CFO, where he has led financial strategy, governance, and sustainable business growth.
At CCPC, Brad is focused on ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable so it can continue supporting individuals, families, and communities for generations to come. He is passionate about using strong financial stewardship to maximise the organisation's ability to deliver meaningful community outcomes and expand access to essential services.
Brad believes that behind every budget, forecast, and financial decision is an opportunity to positively impact people's lives, making the connection between sound financial management and stronger, healthier communities.

With more than 20 years of experience in the disability sector, Angie Mellors-Brawn brings extensive expertise in business development, strategic growth, operational leadership and service innovation. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in shaping and expanding organisations, with a proven track record of launching interstate operations, securing multimillion-dollar tenders and developing strategic partnerships that create sustainable growth.Angie combines a strong understanding of the disability sector with a practical, outcomes-focused approach to business development and organisational growth. She has led the implementation of systems and processes designed to improve efficiency, strengthen service delivery and support long-term organisational performance.
Known for her strategic mindset and ability to turn opportunities into action, Angie brings a strong focus on building sustainable growth while keeping people and quality outcomes at the centre of decision-making. Her extensive sector experience, commercial acumen and collaborative leadership style support Coast & Country Primary Care’s continued growth and commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves.
