Belinda Allen

Belinda is a warm and empathetic psychologist whose practice is guided by values of compassion, respect and authenticity. For the past 4 years she has worked with clients across the lifespan in several mental health settings including not-for-profit organisations, hospital inpatient settings, and private practice.

Belinda has worked with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), bipolar affective disorder, trauma, BPD, attachment /interpersonal issues.

Belinda works with clients on a range of issues and has a particular interest in:
• Improving self-esteem and relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression and stress.
• Neuro-divergent adolescents and adults.
• People who are having trouble regulating their emotions, low self-esteem or who struggle to make or maintain fulfilling relationships.

Antony Gray

Antony (Ant) is a warm, genuine, and compassionate Registered Psychologist who has a particular interest in trauma, men’s health and neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD). Ant has experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan in a variety of mental health settings including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, crisis, suicide support services, not for profit organisations, and in private practice.

For the past 4 years Ant has worked with clients with a range of concerns including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, adjustment concerns, psychological distress, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorder, family, and relationship issues.

The therapeutic modalities Ant uses are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma informed therapy, Solutions focused therapy, play therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy.

Julie Henry

Julie’s client-centred approach places emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and utilising clients’ strengths and goals. Julie works to build skills and improve function using evidence-based interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to support their personal growth and self-awareness.

Julie has worked with clients of all ages in diverse health settings. Additionally, she brings a vast knowledge from different life roles, both personal and professional. With her life knowledge and experience she brings maturity and understanding to clients, whatever their stage of life.

Julie brings experience in both individual and group settings using differing techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, Solutions Based Therapy, Mindfulness-based Interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
