We are incredibly proud to share that our Health on the Streets (HoTS) program has been awarded the winner of the Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network Equity of Access to Primary Care Award.
Thank you to the PHN for recognising the passion, commitment and determination of our team who work tirelessly to bring health and social outreach to where and when it’s needed most. This award is a testament to our mission: ensuring that everyone, including our most vulnerable and marginalised community members on the Central Coast, has access to healthcare, service navigation, and compassionate support.
We are so proud to be part of an organisation that truly embodies its values, going above and beyond to make a lasting impact.
