We provide the services, connections and support that facilitates personal recovery.

Our goal is to guide clients to identify and build self-management and coping strategies that enable them to recover and stay safe in their community.

Coast & Country Primary Care Mental Health Team facilitates culturally sensitive, recovery-oriented care and support for clients, their families, carers and kinship groups on the Central Coast & Mid Coast.

Our Mental Health Team

Our team consists of Peer Workers, Credentialed Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists, Support Coordinators and Mental Health Occupational Therapists.

We believe in recovery.

We are here to walk alongside each client, to support them in managing their own mental health recovery in the community.
