NDIS Good News Story

During regular Recovery Coach sessions participant Robyn said that she always wanted to crochet a large blanket but has never attempted due to her struggling with her attention and the project being too overwhelming.

After a few discussions and encouragement, Robyn and her Recovery Coach Melanie began working on a large colourful Crochet blanket that will cover her whole bed. Since the blanket started, Robyn’s regular CCPC Support Worker Tina, her Recovery Coach Melanie and Tribe key Support Worker have all contributed to this project.

We are over a third of the way through (after half a dozen pattern and colour changes), and Robyn gets excited every time we lay out the squares and see the progress. Robyn has now started putting the blanket together with her supports and it is looking amazing.
