  • Kathy Beverley

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Kathy has a Master of Health Services Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science and has held various senior executive management positions in both the private and public healthcare sectors. Kathy has extensive experience working in the disability sector and mental health. She has vast skills and experience including managing and implementing strategic initiatives, business development, clinical governance, and risk.

  • Nathan Hardman

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Nathan has a strong background in finance and accounting, accumulated over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Nathan’s expertise in financial planning and analysis has been instrumental in driving the success of organisations he has worked with. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of FP&A, Financial Controller and Company Accountant working in the commercial and Not For Profit space with extensive experience in strategic financial decision-making, business partnering and system implementation.

  • Aaron Canon

    EXECUTIVE MANAGER - PRIMARY, COMMUNITY & MENTAL HEALTH

    Aaron is a passionate Registered Nurse having over 20 years within the healthcare sector.

    Aaron brings an extensive range of leadership experience in acute care, perioperative nursing, community nursing, management of mental health units, program development and implementation, executive management and over 15 years in infection prevention and control and staff health consultation, leadership and management.

    Aaron has a passion for identifying, mentoring, and developing future leaders and building high functioning, empowered teams; believing that it is our responsibility to impart the skills and knowledge we hold for the future of our industry.

  • Phillip Snell

    EXECUTIVE MANAGER - NDIS

    Phillip has been in the welfare sector since 1992, with 22 years in the disability sector on the Central Coast. He was Operations Manager with a previous disability provider before starting with CCPC in July 2015. He comes with a deep understanding of the needs of people with a disability, their carers and the NDIS.

    He is passionate about supporting people with a disability to live independently and take control of their lives and to participate freely in the wider community.

  • Deanna Towler

    EXECUTIVE MANAGER - CORPORATE SERVICES

    Deanna is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She has served in various roles within the corporate world, most recently as a Director of Operations for a national company. Deanna is known for her strong work ethic and her ability to lead teams to success.

    Deanna’s experience includes managing various departments and leading teams of different sizes and backgrounds and has a knack for inspiring her teams to work together and achieve their goals.

    Deanna is highly organised and detail-oriented, with an unrivalled commitment to getting the job done. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and believes in the power of positive leadership.
