Road to recovery assists people with a diagnosed, moderate to severe mental health disorder and associated psychosocial dysfunction.

The program is designed to support people on their journey of recovery through a structured eight week group mentoring program.

8 week program, with graduation on 2nd April, 2021.

Both NDIS participants and Non-NDIS participants are welcome to attend.

There are limited numbers due to COVID safety measures.

What is Recovery

Recovery is your personal journey of discovering who you are.

Throughout the program you will discover:

• How to become an expert in your self care
• A new sense of self and purpose in life
• Your own possibilities and pursue your dreams and goals

Program Focus Areas

Program participants can choose one of the following items as their core focus area:

• Social skills and friendships
• Family connections
• Managing daily living skills
• Time management, budgeting, and goal setting
• Maintaining physical wellbeing, including exercise
• Building life skills including confidence and resilience
