Our Management Team

Michelle Bradbury – CEO
Michelle Bradbury – CEO

Michelle leads the senior management team as Chief Executive Officer of CCPC. With over 20 years of experience in the primary health care sector, including Business Manager of Central Coast Medicare Local, she was appointed to the position of CEO when it commenced operations in July 2015.

She brings considerable knowledge and skills in governance, strategic and business planning, financial management, workforce development and program management.

Sandi Spierings – Finance & HR Manager
Sandi Spierings – Finance & HR Manager

Sandi is the Finance and HR Manager with 12 years’ experience in the not for profit sector, having been involved in the Division of General Practice, the Medicare Local and now CCPC.

Sandi holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA, with strengths in finance, budgeting and forecasting, contracts, change management and systems implementation. Sandi is an integral member of the senior management team and is an active participant in business and strategic planning.

Rebecca Muscat – Innovation & Development Manager
Rebecca Muscat – Innovation & Development Manager

Rebecca Muscat is the Innovation and Development Manager joining the team in April 2019.

She has extensive experience in business development, process enhancement, strategic planning, and sales and marketing, having held senior management positions with companies across a variety of sectors.

Susan Blanch – Human Resources Business Partner

Susan is our Human Resources Business Partner for CCPC. With over 15 years HR experience, Susan has held various HR positions both locally and internationally across a diverse range of industries. She is passionate, creative and a dedicated HR practitioner who thrives on working with individuals and teams in paving the way to a fulfilling work environment through an effective workforce.  

Phillip Snell – NDIS Manager
Phillip Snell – NDIS Manager

Phillip has been in the welfare sector since 1992, with 17 years in the disability sector on the Central Coast. He was Operations Manager with a previous disability provider before starting with in July 2015. He comes with a deep understanding of the needs of people with a disability, their carers and the NDIS.

He is passionate about supporting people with a disability to live independently and take control of their lives and to participate freely in the wider community.

Zona Gabriel – Programs Manager
Zona Gabriel – Programs Manager

Zona has been working in the Not-for-Profit Health and Community sector for the last 15 years and has been with CCPC since its inception in 2015. She has qualifications in Management, Mental Health (Drug & Alcohol) and Training and Assessment.

Zona is committed to working with vulnerable communities in the areas of Health and Wellbeing and has co-authored two published articles connected to the Family Wellbeing program.  She brings considerable skills in the areas of program management and development.

Elon Watt – Programs Manager
Elon Watt – Programs Manager

Elon has extensive experience within the Disability and Community services sector. He is currently responsible for managing Community Programs at CCPC, including After hours GP clinics, Cervical screening clinics, Aunty Jeans, and Coast Nutrition. Elon has also been tasked with establishing a new and innovative program, Health on The Streets, which has been designed to bring health care to people who experience homelessness on the Central Coast. Elon is committed to the growth of CCPC and its programs.
