Kathy Beverley
Kathy Beverley – Chief Executive Officer

Kathy has a Master of Health Services Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science and has held various senior executive management positions in both the private and public healthcare sectors. Kathy has extensive experience working in the disability sector and mental health. She has vast skills and experience including managing and implementing strategic initiatives, business development, clinical governance, and risk.

Management - Sandi Spierings
Sandi Spierings –  Chief Financial Officer

Sandi is the Chief Financial Officer with 12 years’ experience in the not for profit sector, having been involved in the Division of General Practice, the Medicare Local and now CCPC.

Sandi holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA, with strengths in finance, budgeting and forecasting, contracts, change management and systems implementation. Sandi is an integral member of the senior management team and is an active participant in business and strategic planning.

Susan Blanch
Susan Blanch – Executive Manager People & Culture

Susan is our Human Resources Business Partner for CCPC. With over 15 years HR experience, Susan has held various HR positions both locally and internationally across a diverse range of industries. She is passionate, creative and a dedicated HR practitioner who thrives on working with individuals and teams in paving the way to a fulfilling work environment through an effective workforce.  

Management - Phillip Snell
Phillip Snell – Executive Manager NDIS 

Phillip has been in the welfare sector since 1992, with 17 years in the disability sector on the Central Coast. He was Operations Manager with a previous disability provider before starting with CCPC in July 2015. He comes with a deep understanding of the needs of people with a disability, their carers and the NDIS.

He is passionate about supporting people with a disability to live independently and take control of their lives and to participate freely in the wider community.

Aaron Cannon – Executive Manager Primary Health & Community

Aaron is a passionate Registered Nurse having over 20 years within the healthcare sector.

Aaron brings an extensive range of leadership experience in acute care, perioperative nursing, community nursing, executive management and over 15 years in infection prevention and control and staff health consultation, leadership and management.

Aaron has a passion for identifying, mentoring, and developing future leaders and building high functioning, empowered teams; believing that it is our responsibility to impart the skills and knowledge we hold for the future of our industry.

Tiyana Gostelow
Tiyana Gostelow – Executive Manager Mental Health

Tiyana’s twenty-four-year career spans healthcare, human services and adult education and training. Tiyana has held front line, operational and strategic level positions across a broad range of settings with NSW Health.

Tiyana has worked as a contract academic consultant, facilitator, and curriculum writer for a range of tertiary institutions and community organisations in the field of mental health.

A career highlight was working with the NSW Mental Health Commission, Living Well: A Strategic Plan for Mental Health Reform, in the development and implementation of the NSW Peer Workforce.

Tiyana is immensely passionate about the voice of lived experience and believes that when we collaborate and listen to the experts by experience, we can build and provide services that are culturally appropriate, recovery oriented and uniquely person centred.

Rebekah McLachlan – Executive Manager Corporate Services 

Rebekah has more than 21 years’ experience in both acute and primary care sectors, in government and not for profit organisations.

Rebekah, a journalist by background, has held senior executive roles with NSW Health in both the city and the country, and leadership roles with an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation and a Primary Health Network. She has led high-functioning teams across corporate services and communications and engagement and has an interest in supporting innovation and systems improvement.

Rebekah has a personal passion for reconciliation and is looking forward to working alongside the CCPC team to develop and implement a Reconciliation Action Plan.
