COVID-19 Response

The following information provides updates and changes to Mental Health Programs service delivery

PRIMA

We continue to receive and triage referrals for Mental Health services and there are no changes to this service at this time.

LinkSupport

We will continue to deliver services to our LinkSupport clients remotely.

Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services includes:

  • Psychological Therapies
  • Transitional Care
  • Clinical Care Coordination
  • Older Persons Mental Health Peer Program
  • Mental Health Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities

Face to face visits in Residential Aged Care Facilities and Hospitals have been suspended at this time in line with Government recommendations.  Services are being delivered remotely where possible.

Wherever possible, client sessions will be conducted via telephone or video conferencing. Where clients require face to face visits in the community, mental health staff will complete a health screening questionnaire over the phone, prior to each visit to determine the suitability for the visit to be conducted.

For services being delivered by our contractors, the clinicians have been advised that the use of telehealth solutions are strongly encouraged.
