COVID-19 Response

The following information provides updates and changes to Mental Health Programs service delivery

PRIMA

We continue to receive and triage referrals for Mental Health services and there are no changes to this service at this time.

Temporary Change: As of 6 April Mental Health Treatment Plans are not required to submit a referral.

LinkSupport

We will continue to deliver services to our LinkSupport clients remotely.

Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services includes:

  • Psychological Therapies
  • Transitional Care
  • Clinical Care Coordination
  • Older Persons Mental Health Peer Program
  • Mental Health Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities

Face to face visits in Residential Aged Care Facilities will resume week commencing 15th June in line with Government recommendations and individual facility requirements. Social distancing and hygiene standards are in place to protect clients and practitioners.   

Where clients require face to face visits in the community, mental health staff will continue a health screening questionnaire over the phone, prior to each visit to determine the suitability for the visit to be conducted. Social distancing and hygiene standards are in place to protect clients and practitioners. 

For services being delivered by our contractors, clinicians are utilising a combination of face to face and telehealth solutions. Social distancing and hygiene standards are in place to protect clients and practitioners for face to face visits.
