COVID-19 Response

The following information provides updates and changes to Mental Health Programs service delivery as of 28 June 2021:

PRIMA

We continue to receive and triage referrals for Mental Health services and there are no changes to this service at this time.

 

Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services includes:

  • Psychological Therapies
  • Transitional Care
  • Clinical Care Coordination
  • Older Persons Mental Health Peer Program
  • Mental Health Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities

Visits in Residential Aged Care Facilities are on hold at this time.   

Face to face meetings in the community are limited and only conducted where necessary, with supports also being provided remotely via phone and zoom calls where appropriate.. 

For services being delivered by our contractors, clinicians are utilising a combination of face to face and telehealth solutions. Social distancing and hygiene standards are in place to protect clients and practitioners for face to face visits.
